Health Journalists Forum elects Outreach CEO as its Chair
KATHMANDU/May 20: The Health Journalists Forum (HJF), Nepal a national network of journalists covering health and medical issues has elected Kalpana Acharya, a prominent journalist and the Chief Executive Officer of OUTREACH MEDIA PVT. LTD as its new Chair. Acharya has been selected to lead the esteemed organization dedicated to fostering excellence in health journalism and promoting public health awareness.
With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the media sector, Acharya brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position. As the CEO of OUTREACH MEDIA Pvt. Ltd. and the Editor-in-Chief of Health TV Online, she has successfully steered the company to new heights, championing innovative storytelling and cutting-edge journalism.
In her new role as the Chairperson of the Health Journalists Forum, Acharya will be responsible for driving the organization’s vision and mission forward.
